The Art of The Start -- Guy Kawasaki
Possibly the perfect book for the entrepreneur. Guy doesn't get bogged down telling you how to write a long, boring, unnecessary business plan. He tells you what you need to know to get going. This book was the source of inspiration for the inspirate.org Boot-strapper's Course.
Guy's approach is very flexible, very unplanned. If you are into your planning in great detail, this is not for you. I like the way he starts off too - concerning himself with your meaning. "What do you want to achieve?" All the stuff I believe too - this is not a book for those merely wanting to make some fast cash. It preaches the long-term view.
I haven't yet read any other Kawasaki, but throughout Guy preaches his personal style which I thinks makes sense. There's a lot of cross-over between this book and others here, Guy seems to bring it all together quite nicely.
