You might not agree with everything (they have fairly radical opinions on most things) but it does make interesting reading for anyone in business. You need to consider the way the world is changing and how it is doing so.

Its an engaging book that makes you think. Written brilliantly, with interest and enthusiasm, and also in a style not unlike Tom Peters' but without the formatting that annoys some people.

The basic premise is that talent is what makes the world go round. We're no longer concerned with having lots of machinery to make money - we need ideas. Intellectual capital and ability.
